Mark Friedman, Chief Executive Officer
Mark Friedman founded Accruent in 1995 and established the company as the leading provider of enterprise location management solutions. Accruent's solutions are used by 40% of the Top 100 Retailers, 70% of the leading wireless carriers, and over 100 leading universities. In his role as CEO, Mark is responsible for directing Accruent's overall vision, corporate strategy and operations.
Under his leadership, the company received two Dorsey Awards for excellence in customer service, was recognized as Software Developer of the Year in 2006, and was named to the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 list for the last seven consecutive years for achieving outstanding revenue growth.
Mark was recognized as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award, was named as one of the Top 30 People to Watch in commercial real estate, and was recognized as one of the Top 40 People Under 40 in retail. He is also a recipient of the BridgeGate20 Award.
Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tulane University's School of Engineering.
Van Goodrich, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Van Goodrich directs the company's corporate accounting, financial planning, reporting, and is also responsible for human resources.
Prior to joining Accruent, Van was with Deloitte & Touche for 5 years in the Los Angeles and Sydney offices where he worked in their Assurance & Advisory Technology Practice. During that time, he participated in filing multiple IPOs for companies with a total market cap of $3.7 billion, as well as helped complete several acquisitions of publicly traded companies.
Van is a CPA, licensed in the State of California. He has a BS Degree from California State, Long Beach.
Melissa Sitton, Senior Vice President, Product Management & Customer Operations
As Senior Vice President of Product Management & Customer Operations, Melissa Sitton is responsible for leading the strategy and roadmap for Accruent's entire product portfolio. She is also responsible for marketing communications, product marketing, and the customer support and account management teams.
Since joining Accruent in 2005, Melissa has played an integral role in serving Accruent’s customers through client management, solution design and delivery, and has acted as a customer advocate within the organization. Melissa has held leadership roles in professional services, customer support, and acquisitions. Melissa’s background includes strategy and transformation consulting and real estate and supply chain software and consulting. Prior to joining Accruent, Melissa held positions with Ariba, Lucernex, and Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini.
Melissa received a Bachelor of Communications from Ouachita Baptist University.
Chris Berry, Senior Vice President, Engineering
As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Chris Berry is responsible for the company's research and development efforts. Chris is passionate about technology and brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry to the team.
Before joining Accruent, Chris served as Vice President of Software Engineering at SirsiDynix, the leading provider of software solutions to the library industry where she was responsible for all engineering and product development efforts. Prior to joining SirsiDynix, she served as a consultant to General Dynamics on an Army Battle Command System contract in Huntsville, Alabama, and as a project lead for RedPoint Network Systems in Dallas, Texas. Chris also served eight years in the United States Air Force as a computer engineer.
Chris graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Jeff Bolke, Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Jeff Bolke is responsible for overseeing all sales related functions. His primary objective is to drive the long-term growth and profitability of the company through the acquisition and development of customer relationships.
Jeff brings over 20 years of domestic and international enterprise software experience to Accruent. Prior to joining Accruent, he served on the executive teams at UnboundID, Zag.com, DataCert, Motive, and Trilogy. Jeff started his career with IBM as a marketing representative in Houston, Texas.
Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Kevin Reichle, Vice President, Strategic Programs
As Vice President of Strategic Programs, Kevin Reichle oversees all cross-functional initiatives and projects for Accruent, including acquisition integration, corporate reporting, company MBOs, corporate training, best practices, and customer programs. Kevin joined Accruent in 2010 and previously served as the Director of Finance.
Prior to joining Accruent, Kevin was with Hoover's Online, a Dun & Bradstreet company, for 10 years, where he served in leadership functions across finance and operations. Kevin helped lead the due diligence work around D&B's acquisition of Hoover's in 2003. He also led the implementations of an enterprise data warehouse and CRM system.
Kevin holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Austin.
Morgan McReynolds, Senior Director, Professional Services
As Senior Director of Professional Services, Morgan McReynolds is responsible for the management and delivery of all customer implementations of all of Accruent's product lines. Morgan's primary objective is to ensure that our customers realize the full value of their investment in Accruent solutions through successful implementations.
Morgan brings more than 19 years of experience in business process design and management, organizational alignment and enterprise software implementation to maximize operational and financial performance. Before joining Accruent in February of 2011, Morgan founded and led eDiscovery Consultants, a consultancy for clients with litigation and/or regulatory needs that necessitated quality, cost-effective electronic discovery protocols served by alignment of people, process and technology. Prior to founding eDiscovery Consultants, Morgan led the Services and Support organization of StoredIQ, a leading in-house eDiscovery and Information Management technology provider. Morgan has also worked in services delivery roles for Accenture, Dell and Oracle.
Morgan earned his BSE in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University.
Jason Beem, Senior Director, Customer Support
As Senior Director of Customer Support, Jason Beem is responsible for the management and delivery of customer service, including Support and Client Management. Jason's primary objective is to deliver long-term value to Accruent's customers through a singular focus on customer satisfaction and success.
Jason brings 16 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and client services. Prior to joining Accruent, Jason held senior positions in professional services with PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards.
Jason earned his BS in Computer Science from California State University at Hayward.
